We just learned how to create a Google form.

Your assignment...

Please create a form with at least 10 questions. Use at least three different types of answers (text, multiple choice, paragraph, etc.) Change the theme and make it public. Please paste the link to your form as a comment to this blog entry so we can all take your survey.
